In February 2003, Hoffman began the $21.6M remodeling and expansion of Lakeridge High School. Construction crews successfully performed remodels to six buildings totaling 275,000 SF and constructed four new ones housing a gymnasium, cafeteria, administrative offices, and a performing arts center. Sequenced around school activities, schedules and events, the project was finished in 18 months with much of the heavy work taking place during the summer.
