Hoffman Construction Company of Washington has been selected as the General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM” or “Contractor”) for the Seattle Overlook Walk (“Project”) being performed for The City of Seattle (“Owner”). We invite you to submit a Sub-bid proposal and/or Material Quotation in your area of expertise and in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
