Six‑Building Remodel with No Impact to Academic Life
Lakeridge High School
Hoffman successfully performed remodels to six buildings totaling 275,000 SF, and constructed four new ones housing a gymnasium, cafeteria, administrative offices, and a performing arts center. Sequenced around school activities, the project was finished in 18 months, with much of the heavy work taking place during the summer. Hoffman also landscaped the grounds, created additional parking and constructed new grandstands for the athletic fields. Proactive planning, precise phasing, constant communication and a comprehensive safety plan produced zero impacts to the academic community. The school’s basketball schedule even featured a photo of both girls and boys’ teams at center court of their new gym.
