This project was the second of four phases of ongoing data center construction for the client on their remote 220-acre Quincy site. MWH02’s four data center buildings and two support buildings will total 300,000 SF and 32MW of power capacity. The project is the fastest data center ever built in the company’s worldwide portfolio, despite labor shortages in the remote area and working through one of the worst winters on record. It also has the best safety performance of all the company’s projects, having achieved two million hours worked at a .04 recordable rate.
