Cascade Bicycle Club Headquarters

Hoffman partnered with ZGF Architects to deliver an innovative tenant improvement project for this non-profit community organization. All services were provided pro bono to demonstrate Hoffman’s support of the Seattle bicycling community. Our network of key subcontractors and vendors also provided a portion of their work as gifts-in-kind to the project. Work included removal of all existing ductwork, piping, conduit, walls, and ceilings, abating any loose lead paint from the existing wood flooring, and cutting in openings for new skylights in the roof. Hoffman completed phase one of the project, including demolition and abatement, in just three months, in time for CBC’s Grand Opening celebration.
