The 40,000-SF Jaqua Center features a 114-seat auditorium, 35 tutor rooms with state-of-the-art technology, 25 faculty/advising offices, conference rooms, flexible classrooms, and a computer lab with 54 computers.

The building features a unique exterior double-wall skin system that had to be built to very tight tolerances. Custom sports graphics are integrated into many areas of the interior, and Hoffman and the design team worked closely with the trades doing the work to continually monitor work in the field and make certain every detail was built correctly.
