This 1,000-seat soccer and lacrosse stadium features a formal entrance and includes separate coaches’ offices and locker room suites for the soccer and lacrosse programs, as well as a shared meeting room. A major value engineering contribution salvaged light poles from an adjacent football practice facility and integrated them into the final design. The plan saved the owner hundreds of thousands of dollars. Hoffman also facilitated a smooth permitting process for the University, accompanying the University and design team to land use hearings and other key stakeholder meetings, providing information on the project schedule and our construction impact mitigation plans.
