Hoffman and GBD Architects partnered with local groups to create this high-value community amphitheater. The state-of-the-art performance venue includes the latest sound and broadcast capabilities, with an array of public amenities including concessions and retail organized around two outdoor plazas. The 20-acre development includes over 7,000 “front row” fixed seats, with seating on the lawn for up to 18,000 guests. Hoffman and GBD worked together during preconstruction to implement savings of $1.23 million on the anticipated budget. The fast-track project was completed in just nine months to meet the owner’s events schedule.
