Hoffman Construction Company of America, Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC” or  “Contractor”) for West Boise Water Renewal Facility (“Project”) being performed for The City of Boise, Idaho (“Owner”) requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package BP#8 – Re-Bid – Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 2All previous bids received for this scope of work have been rejected and are being rebid in this bid package.

Bid Bonds are now required per owner request: A BID BOND in the form of a surety bond, cashier’s check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid must be attached to bids in excess of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).  BID BOND shall be payable to Hoffman Construction Company of America.  Bond may be emailed or uploaded with bid, providing the original Bid Bond is delivered no later than the next business day.  Failure to provide BID BOND with bid shall render bid non-responsive.
