This 15-story luxury high-rise, built as part of Portland’s Brewery Blocks downtown redevelopment, stands adjacent to the historic Armory Building. The Henry houses 120 units ranging in size from one bedroom to three bedroom penthouse units with two covered balconies. The concrete-framed structure also houses retail and restaurant space on the ground floor and three levels of parking with 150 spaces. Hoffman coordinated construction to enable some residents to move in early, while other units were still being completed.
