West Boise Water Renewal Facility Improvements

Sealed bids are required to be submitted either electronically via Smartbid or delivered to Hoffman Construction Company of America, 420 W Washington St., Suite A, Boise, ID 83702 no later than 2:00 p.m. MDT, June 3, 2025.  A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information should be emailed separately to bids@hoffmancorp.com. The inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged.  Bids that are materially incomplete, are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered.

The public bid opening will be held at 420 W Washington St, Suite A, Boise, ID 93702 and also online at the following link on Microsoft TEAMS.

A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted.  Questionnaire can be found at https://www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners/#prequalification and may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately.  Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged.  Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered.

Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (“CCIP”) for on-site operations is being provided for general liability.
