Bay Area Hospital Wound Care Clinic
We completed a fast-track renovation of an existing 2,122 SF rehab therapy clinic to create a new Outpatient Wound Care Clinic for the Bay Area Hospital District.
The new clinic will provide patients access to new therapies that will utilize hyperbaric chambers and will allow Coos County residents the opportunity to stay closer to home during their treatment. The schedule requirements were tight; coordination with the owner’s vendor was critical and we were able to bring the project in on time and under the target GMP budget providing saving back to Bay Area Hospital.
