This 137,000 SF renovation of seven floors in the Lincoln Square high-rise in downtown Bellevue converted boxy and dark spaces to a brighter and more open concept. All work occurred after 5 PM and into the early morning hours to avoid impact to tenants, with dumpsters and equipment removed from the loading dock area during business hours. The team overcame budget challenges during preconstruction by closely working with the client and the architect to find cost efficiencies and savings. The project was completed in 9.5 months, on schedule and under budget.
