Another welcome addition to Portland’s rejuvenated Pearl District, Park Place features a 12-story main tower comprising 91 flats, 25 lofts, and eight penthouses, and an adjacent three-story building with seven townhomes. The project also includes a basement parking garage for 133 cars.
Park Place buyers have 35 floor plans to choose from, with distinctive features that include cherrywood cabinets, granite countertops and rosewood flooring. On the outside of the structure, a combination of brick, precast concrete, curtainwall, and metal panels help break up the scale of this 285,000 SF building located next to popular Jamison Square park. Hoffman’s “no impact” planning kept the park, as well as the adjacent streetcar line, running smoothly throughout construction.
