Hoffman completed the site infrastructure and Building Shell on a 165-acre, 140MW data center campus located in San Antonio, Texas. The full build-out of each phase includes multiple “colo” rooms totaling 35.2 MW nominal critical IT capacity, “colo” finishes, hot aisle containment, busbars, cable tray, busplugs, whips, and more.
