PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Expansion

Hoffman’s “No Disruption” protocols were a critical success factor in delivering a major expansion and build-out on a busy medical campus, with work surrounded by patient care services.

This multi-phase project brings significant upgrades in space, services, and amenities to the campus of Southwest Washington Medical Center. The new eight-story patient tower features 154 private patient rooms, a total of 15 new operating suites, and a new Heart and Vascular Center. The 307,000 SF tower includes five floors of new private patient rooms with comfortable accommodations and conveniences such as connection ports for personal computers. The Heart and Vascular Center features five new cardiac catheterization labs, two open heart surgery suites, a new surgery floor with 13 new state-of-the art surgery suites, and five floors of new private patient rooms. This project was a joint venture with Andersen Construction Company.
