Getting Back to Omaha: A Modern Baseball Clubhouse to Develop and Recruit the Very Best

Cougar Baseball Complex

Hoffman built a state-of-the-art clubhouse for WSU to recruit and develop Division 1 baseball players. The facility includes onsite training and rehabilitation facilities, locker rooms, recruiting spaces, equipment storage, and fan amenities. This progressive design-build project with SRG Partnership is on the main Pullman campus, and had a short construction timeline of approximately one year.

Throughout the project, the team used constructability, materials, and sequencing ideas to find cost-saving solutions. Early Trade Partners gave real-world perspective and current pricing that ultimately helped ensure complete documents that aligned with owner and user group expectations.
