No Disruption to Existing Plant Operations During Extensive Facility Upgrade

Everett Water Pollution Control Facility

This clean, green facility upgrade was built at the water’s edge with strict adherence to regulatory and environmental controls. As the first phase of a major expansion and upgrade, the project included headwork improvements, the addition of two primary clarifiers, new trickling pumps, a new on-site sodium hypochlorite generation system, a new biosolids building, and improvements to the administration building. Hoffman delivered this extensive upgrade while keeping the existing plant operational. The effluent water produced at this facility is safe for plants, fish, and people.
