Fab 38

Hoffman is currently constructing a new manufacturing facility for a long-time client. When Fab 38 is complete, it will add over 600,000 SF of cleanroom and house tools capable of delivering EUV-based process nodes. The project also includes two Central Utility Buildings, a prefabricated utility trestle, and PSSS. Hoffman is leveraging industry-leading off-site manufacturing (OSM) to speed delivery, reduce cost, and increase safety.
