A Pair of High‑Rises Delivers a Range of Housing Options on the South Waterfront

The Meriwether

The Meriwether, named in honor of Northwest explorer Meriwether Lewis, is a 245-unit condo complex consisting of two slim high-rise towers and several rows of street-level townhouses, grouped around a shared outdoor greenspace. The project represents a range of housing options, from 624 SF studios to multi-million dollar penthouses. The design of the two towers (21 stories and 24 stories) features expansive glass and outstanding views. Hoffman carefully analyzed the curtainwall system to eliminate water intrusion, even in wind-driven rain conditions. Certified LEED Gold, the building incorporates on-site stormwater management, daylighting controls, FSC-certified woods, and low-VOC finishes.
