University Internship Program: Build Your Future

Our University Internship Program gives students the chance to apply classroom learning to real projects. These are paid, full-time summer internships based onsite, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and professional mentorship.

Project Engineer Intern Eligibility:

  • Current students enrolled in a 4-year college or university, community/junior college, vocational/technical/trade school, or graduate program

  • Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Industrial/Construction/Architectural Engineering, or a related field

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Interest or background in construction methods and materials preferred

  • Ability to pass Hoffman’s drug and alcohol test

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)

New Grad Program: Launching Your Career

Our New Graduate Program is designed to help recent grads transition quickly into meaningful roles. From day one, you’ll be contributing on active projects, learning from experienced mentors, and developing the skills to advance your career.

Program Details:

  • Full-time, onsite positions across multiple U.S. locations

  • Early responsibility for project coordination, fieldwork, and client-facing tasks

  • Ongoing mentorship and structured growth opportunities

Eligibility:

  • Recent graduates with 0–3 years of professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Industrial/Construction/Architectural Engineering, or a related field

Requirements:

  • Education or background in construction methods and materials preferred

  • Ability to pass Hoffman’s drug and alcohol test

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
