John Ross Tower

At 325 feet, the 31-story John Ross was the tallest residential tower in Portland when it was built. With a 109,000 SF podium supporting a 298,000 SF tower, the building features 286 units. The John Ross features spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows, striking design and a variety of configuration options (from 800 SF studios to the 5,000 SF penthouse). Buyers, many under 30, were attracted by the project’s striking design and amenities. This project also includes ground floor retail and 151,000 SF of below-grade parking.
